•• The pricing proposed and wish to submit your application to secure these prices and begin the underwriting process. You agree that the information provided in this application form is correct to the best of your knowledge.
•• The quoted savings are not exact; they are based on a certain months or averaged months cc statements
•• Contract pricing is for as long as you are with us. If the processor ever advises that they will raise their rates on your cc statements or via email or letter, you must let us know that you do not want the rate increases. If you find that your rates have changed, please let us know so that we can have them changed back to original and we can put in for a refund on the over charged fees. By offering you such advantages and savings, you agree to let us match or beat any competitor offer, even if its going to a new POS system or software (i.e. Toast, Square or Cake). If you do not allow us to match or beat the offer to keep your business, you agree to a fee of 1 years total fees averaged where the months used for averaging were full time processing months. If we cant match or beat the competitor offer, you are welcome to leave with no termination or cancellation fees. If we have invested funds into your business for equipment or for a custom integration, those investments are accompanied by a separate investment document and those supersede this document for cancellation or early termination fees. If we are able to match or beat a competitor offer, you must allow us to continue your cc processing services or you cancel and pay the 1 year avg merchant fees cost. We guarantee lowest price for as long as your process through us."
